Never seen or heard of a company expand before , without a clear plan or a sure thing , but have seen and heard of large existing companies go broke due to poor management and not adapting to a ever fast changing market .Think FBR are well placed with their expert personnel to take them to each levell , and once build 1 is televised and successful , there will be no shortage of interest imo , the way FBR have planned each stage to get to where they are now has been meticulously handled !and I’m sure they would be aware of every cent in the kitty moving forward .
