It will be interesting what other financial options the Panel may find FBR should take re non dilutive and no revenue to cover loans.Unsuccesful with converting Perth pipeline into contracts albeit with hadrian 1& 2.Florida JV did not happen. Maybe mortgaging the IP is the sinister goal and to an american financier? I know just talking shit , but cannot see what alternatives the Panel say FBR should have taken.
