So an extension to the EGM will further delay 530k placement to Fidelity when FBR need every cent they can get.
Hard to know but this seems relatively sophisticated and doesn’t make a lot of sense. Can’t imagine an existing shareholder maintaining their position should delay an EGM. Just vote on it.
Maybe the delay is a tactic.
