Well, it's good that they have communicated the blow out of timelines, I give it to them. Not so good that the timelines have blown out,....., again. Not so good that the announcement raises more questions than answers,.....,again. How many of the builds have been completed? Beginning, mid or end of Q4 for targeted completion of the builds? This is the void that the trolls are happy to fill. The Q4 timing, all attention will be at the US election and the drama blown out of proportion. I expect the SP to retrace unless significant news comes in.
