From memory, they are using "double" sized bricks to make the 1000 bricks per hour requirement. Not sure if its true, but cost wise, double sized bricks cost almost the same as a standard size bricks. Bezzoo could you confirm this? I think manufacturing them are about the same. Only caveat is the labour could cost more because its heavier.
