    So it's clear from all our arm chair analysis - almost a consensus - that FBR does not need $2.8m for current operational purposes based on current cashflow given the cost reductions already implemented.

    But read with the previous announcement - the dissolution of FBR Australia and the acceleration of a northern hemisphere deployment strategy, the extra money makes sense.

    With social distancing, labour force mobility issues and border closures, construction companies are facing Armageddon in whatever work is coming through they are unable to service. Even in Costa Rica coffee beans are being harvested due to a lack of Nicaraguans to harvest them - let alone Mexican bricklayers in the USA.

    They have deliberately freed up one Hadrian x for Weinberger and one for the USA and both will be deployed before the northern summer. Let's see how it pans out... if you don't have the balls then sell. I need to top up...
