When the agreement would have been simple as going to US to do five demos pass all relevant codes/engineering and move to next stage . Anyway I’m pretty confident all due diligence has already been done way before this agreement was forged . No one in their right mind would just throw away $2 million US non refundable just for testing unless 99% sure of outcome Imo .
