IF I was in charge the company wouldn't be relying on TAX PAYERS money to make it through the quarter. I would be generating revenue by now or cutting my losses and selling the assets instead of wasting shareholders money and time.
For reference the same finance team who FBR are paying close to $1m+ a year to get this R&D incentive could have used the services of a mid tier like RSM or Big 4 like PWC to obtain the grant for them for $5k to max $20k charge.
