Its quite a telling story that the new CFO has put no money of his own into the company and the previous one likewise. If the heart of the financials doesn't believe FBR can generate revenue who will?
As to why the independent directors are not allowed that would be due to section 9 of the Corporations act. The FBR remuneration committee appear to be hand picked and out of their depth. Further to this I believe shareholders will have a case of negligence by this bunch if FBR get liquidated.
There is not many capital raises left for FBR because even stock brokers will have trouble selling to to their investors that their money will just fund the working capital requirements.
