Ann: FBR signs Archistruct display home construction contract, page-32

Archistrut are a Niche builder , the only way this build could benefit them , is by using FBR to under cut all other builders in Perth to take advantage of the First home owners grant . There has been a influx of first home buyer purchases and project builders are buying up 200 to 3oo blocks to accomodate the demand ! There has been a Government stimulus of 55k for first home buyers here in Australia that is in place only till December this year , this will cause a mini boom that will be short lived imo , but better than nothing . Once the Grant expires and jobkeeper is axed where to then ?? Has anyone thought that FBR could be using their display to be in direct competition to start their own building company ? Why wouldn’t you ? Project builders are extremely successful working on quantity turnover , wouldn’t be hard to start a building company for FBR .
