why would a slab be poured by the JV in 2019 and at the same time BW was trying to slow FBR down?
The idea that BW was a drag on FBR to me doesn't make sense.
Whatever.
The word YES always has a price. Everything is always for sale for the right price.
BW have said NO to the JV.
Perhaps FBR was asking more than the value that BW saw in being involved in the JV.
