As far as I recall, the relationship with Wienerberger is neither binding nor contractual.
I initially read it as an agreement to partner each other in developing a block which is both suitable for the markets in which Wienerberger are active, and that can be laid by the HX.
I thought the initial announcement was an outstanding piece of PR for both organisations. Beyond that, only time will tell.
