    No worries.
Lets work the math backwards then.
    For arguments sake lets assume
    • FBR needs 6 million per quarter to operate and remain solvent.
    • The JV with 2 HXs can build 60 houses from April 1 to June 30 (as per previous math).
    • There is no time lost due to material delay, breakdowns, travel time etc.
    • The JV company will get paid immediately the walls are built and not have to wait 30, 60 or 90 days for payment.
    • BRK doesn't take any of the revenue from the joint venture during that 3 month period.

6 million / 60 is $100k ex GST paid for brick laying services per house that each HX has to earn.
    How likely is that?
I would suggest that there would be zero chance of being paid that much per house for the brick laying services.

FBR will need cash from somewhere else. The JV doesn't meet the short term cash requirements to keep FBR a float.
