I agree on those terms it doesn't meet the short term cash requirements but if FBR is running concurrent programs in Aus, Europe and potentially Saudi or Mexico, all as JV's somehow we might be looking OK.
I think it's important to remember this JV is just for Australia. I don't think they have given up on the rest of the world, it's just not part of this JV.
