I wonder if this is tied with the Archistruct build. AFAIR, I believe the 1st 9 build is "free". With payment only on the 10th build. Not sure if the JV would account for this. Maybe they've been able to secure sites that are none Archistruct now. Still, a lot of unknowns, hopefully more news in 45 days time when the JV is establish.
