In my opinion, for what that's worth, the reason there is no binding agreement from these obviously very interested actors (KSA, CAT, etc) is because we haven't proved the tech. Without knowing anything whatsoever in the field of superhuman reflex AI, my spidy sense tells me that the chances of these guys NOT nailing this, eventually, is very, very small.
CAT are interested in the tech, KSA are interested in the output, but they're all waiting for that house to get built at the end of the year.
From memory, they build one house and contingent on the success of the one-house build, they will score the deal to build 10 for a local property developer. So it all hinges on that one house getting built, probably in front of a ton of cameras, I mean a press scrum, if they're PR people are worth a zac. If they document a smooth build, over 3 days, then this stock will shoot up so hard it could potentially escape the Earth's gravitational pull.
All the really special sauce hinges on that one-house build. On the downside we still kick the goal in a take-2 run in the first H1 2018, so it's likely just a delay. On the upside, when the truck pulls up and just builds the house, bang, then binding agreement clients will be taking a number and getting in line with pen in hand.
CAT might step up and claim the $8million in the near term, but I'll bet they all just have eyes for that single house build. That's the special sauce.
