Mexican announcement made to soften the blow “no CAT deal” ?? or there’s going to be another “significant announcement” , a totally unexpected one. Sp will not move untill HX is proven or, licensing deals, or manufacturing deal . The Pivacs are no push overs , they know what everyone wants and need, they’re just playing the game . If CAT walk, theres many more ready to pounce and imo they’re hoping CAT will walk so they can get in . The suspense is intense for all of us , but what ever happens be rest assured these boys have plan B already cooked up . 1 week to go News could be imminent .
