could go either way yes, but people are obsessed with CAT, if you have a longer term view and the technology works I honestly dont think it will matter if CAT don't take it up at this stage, I imagine we will see an extension next rather than a hard no, remember timelines have a tenancy to drift a little and I have always thought of the June 30 deadline as a movable feast. Having said all that I am fed up with all these non binding contracts they are no more than a carrot on a stick but what more can expect, its worth repeating, this is world first technology!!!
