@Youssef Thats what I think. I tend to believe that CAT have been able to use their weight to manipulate in their favour their prior deals. The Pivacs don’t strike me the type to cave into CAT’s demands and either party may not be able to come to a resolution.
Again, it’s a drawn out process and we are all scratching our heads waiting for an answer.
