I don't know who is high on something but houses in Mexico are not cheap, and skilled labour is not cheap:
there is a person on here who i will not name who claims margins in mexico are low and that brickies in mexico can be hired for 2 cents an hour, this is a solid lie, hx is very very competitive in mexico.
folks please do some research stop believing stuff without proof,
also this is in no way advice and not investing advice in anyway dyor and seek professional guidance.
