Delaying the build to maximise shareholder value? They are having a lend. It’s already expected they would build. How about just build the damn thing and then announce that you have teamed up with government to build sound barriers for roads or quarantine centres for CV victims given the residential construction market has taken a hit.
Clearly they are still having problems making it work. If not, how about putting it to work?
