No good builders work for any of othose monsters to be fair, if your any good the big name architects ask you to do their work for high end clients. It's all in house as reputations are on the line.

Funny story
I new a guy on a mine site once that we asked to excavate a trench to 600mm. When we came back it looked about 200mm he had pulled up stumps.
We asked why he hadn't excavated to depth. He proceeded to grab his 600ml coke bottle and sit it on the bottom of the trench and say. "see".
What we know is about perspective we simple don't know everything.
