Rare to see a higher raise than sp. And based on their history (Mou's and raises combined/repeated, drained sp, comms AVG, debatable unreasonable delays, lack of ability to run a public company with shareholder benefit in mind) I don't recon any decent action / value will come until the conditions of the agreement are met, as they need to re build trust with smart money if they want it to enter.

respectfully, the early cat announcement was better imo, an eventual sell to them and ten bag would've been best outcome, skip the dilution and inflation over the years, as it's a long way back now.

not saying it's a bad agreement, it's still just massively conditional like an mou hence why you're not seeing a high value raise or price rise, and not the multi billion price cap people strangely started suggesting.
