    I guess with the quarterly due in a week, they needed to get the $$$ in the bank in time to show that they have 2 quarters of money.
    Waiting for the price to run up wouldn't give them to time to do it.
    Its a bit disappointing, would have been nice if they could get $20m for the same dilution.
