I feel like FBR is squeezing hard to announce something to the market, this pilot program means nothing unless some material contract and dollar
Leaky boat definitely..it's been up from 4.4c to expected open at 5.1c ...some insiders are going to enjoy +20% gain a day trading. usual pump and dump ..changing hands
Be careful about getting locked at high price...this SP will fluctuate , most likely downwards
