We are in a recession buddy. Perth is dead as! I went to the casino the other week on a Friday night ( 9pm) and it was dead like a Monday morning.Same as Ascot races the next day. Even the popular shopping centres are very quiet and I don’t think it’s all because of the heat.
If you can afford it, buy up!! Those sell walls will be quickly removed if/when a contract comes I promise.
I hope it’s still this price or less by the end of this month.
