They should start by buying back all sub-$500 holdings. Get rid of the rats and mice. No offence to the tiny holders.
then if they really dont need another cr, start with attracting young wall street bets and robinhood type investors who wouldnt be able to value a company even if the valuation walked up to them and said boo.
do all of that before a consolidation. Our top 20 holders still hold a huge chunk of this company. Which is why I'm not worried about the shares outstanding at this stage.
