Ive experienced 8 consolidations over the years , initially there is an approx 30% downturn at consolidation at which time big money starts to enter the market not straight away but over a 6/ 12 month period at which time there’s a approx 100% to 300% gain depending if your holding a fundamentally sound company . Dilution /CR are part of the journey with start ups doesn’t matter what company , it’s the BOD that counts weather it will be a success or a flop from my experience. I’ve doubted the Pivac don’t like their arrogance but now believe they are doing the right thing and their execution of the CRH agreement has given me confidence in admitting I was wrong . Respect
