Need to ask yourself how often a consolidation improves shareholder value in small caps. I've witnessed some absolute shizerhaus consolidation outcomes on the ASX , Just don't think it would benefit shareholders at this stage of the game, Mabey when sp is 50c if you look at the pros and cons of a consolidation, you would have to ask how it would add value to FBR, i can't see it. maybe someone more knowledgeable can explain how this would add value.
