On another related issue - obviously FBU is a conglomerate, where most of their divisions are manufacturers and wholesaler/distributors type businesses. It isn't a dead cert that they need a business that runs projects, or a land development div. Makes it very difficult to find a CEO who can be master of all of that. They ought to (very carefully) spin off the land development and construction to shareholders IMO.
