I bought heaps of FKP - now AOG - good case study on focusing the business on the best division. They gradually got out of developments, and the SP hasn't looked back since, now that they are focused on retirement. In this case FBU's construction business is much more substantial than FKP's development arm was, but that makes it far more conducive to a demerger/spin off, or even outright sale.
Good to see FBU's SP heading the right way - suspect the fear is dissipating now.
