How will the SSP impact the market price? It doesn't make sense to me (I'm new), seems too good to be true haha.
Is it likely that the market price will drop down to around $4.26 when the new shares enter the market? Why wouldn't everyone that's eligible sell now at $5.30 and buy back at $4.26?
What are the negatives of spending more than I should on this?
