Cisco has been introducing partners in its ecosystem to Covata but the conversion to sales and revenue flow has been much slower than expected by the market ... hence why the share price was hit when the recent quarterly was published.
I think Covata's positioning in the UK G-Cloud space and its flow on impacts (creep effect) has a much greater influence on Covata than the Cisco deal in the short to medium term (out to end 2017).
