OK ... I have done a bit more research and followed the FCOS link at the bottom of the Covata announcement.

BT ... I assume this is British Telecom .... I have a strong feeling that it is BT who may be the prime tender in the other UK Govt deal that is yet to be communicated in more detail.

Joining the dots and just a hunch .... I would be happy with this outcome if it eventuated.
