Well let's talk about the stock you believe in.
When MSB suggested (I think they effectively stated) in their recent presentation that they have a validated potency assay (first do you accept that what I've said there is true or do you want me to show it you) do you think they were stating a fact that shareholders and the market including shareholders were entitled to rely on as being a fact or were they merely expressing an opinion under the protection perhaps of the foreward looking statement disclaimers such that if people believed they did have a validated potency assay and then the FDA says - you don't shareholders would have no just basis for suing?
