Ahhh yes they waited approximately 2 months to schedule the inspection so I guess they didn't even look at the resubmission during that time ? Must have just been chatting around the water cooler and thought let's schedule an inspection in Singapore (no less) for fun ?
I guess based on your theories we can also assume the acceptance by the FDA that was issued on the 8th March was done without any review of the resubmission either .... too funny
