I am in the U.S., trading on NASDAQ. Your brokerage needs to approve you to buy options. They ask questions about your finances, experience, risk tolerance and family status. They want to be careful about letting people get involved in VERY risky financial transactions.
Start slow, learn as you go, remember you can lose everything. I know, learned the hard way.
