You are right!
People forget, for Ryoncil we’ve only have one BLA - and yes, this is our 2nd resubmission, but it is for the same BLA
I think Mesoblast is just trying to adjust the messaging in this latest annc, but the BLA (what we are seeking to be approved for) has not changed
Now over to MESO - this time, they have to put more credence on this FDA progress step and surpass MSB - i.e. leapfrogging
