God forbidden, but if there were another CRL, it must better be Absolutely Legit,
or imho Mesoblast should sue FDA without hesitation,
coz it was FDA who misled MSB to the BLA resubmission when our BODs were completely prepared to follow FDA's suggestion and go ahead with that confirmation adult trial.
I'm cautiously optimistic this would not happen.
