As you know I've ridden this thing since initial jump around 2-months ago...
I find it funny how the minute we get a solid direction of pre-approval "looks good" nod in our direction... all the discussion on here is - "I'm surprised it's going up!?" etc etc...
Im like, where'd all the "this is undervalued" convo go?
Hence i find this forum sometimes just bloody frustrating.
