Just reading into the highlighted section I imagine like most scenarios when there are deals being fleshed out with multiple parties it's the case that you negotiate the parameters of each as far as possible to maximise the benefit. It's in our interest to let the negotiations play out to their full extent rather than curtailing them to a date - isn't it?
