I would say 99.9% certainty it was Incyte. If you read the petition, he's arguing Jakafi from one end to the other. I would be shocked if it was anyone by Incyte barracking that hard for keeping the status quo (though maybe it's somebody who hates sick kids and wants to see them suffer more?).
