Actually I am more bullish than you ( a perusal of my prior posts makes that clear ) given that I hold mini long warrants leveraged 3 to 1 against shares.
The FDA concerns come from somehwere and that is the likely cause. The fact they picked up a bad batch is good - and a necessary part of quality control. They do need to know exactly what elements of the batches they need to ensure quality on as well inregards to mode of action....
The FDA's quality concerns I see as a double bonus for MSB in that if we just barely pass the standards set our competition wont pass being so far behind. Down the road that same stringency may prevent law suits for products not done properly.
