The thing I don't get, is why pre signal a CR, to have the cut off date a month from the intention to CR release date? Now the raise will be conducted at a significant discount to the current price. It just makes traders jump on, get to the CR e date then sell the heads to keep the oppies. For long suffering shareholders the best thing was to just pull the trigger on a raise straight away, or make the ex date the date of the original announcement.
I think they really did shareholders a disservice.
