All quite strange. From the beginning of announcing "Intention to raise capital" - never seen that before.
Now having a record date that is before a special meeting to vote on the entitlement. I can't work out how that is possible - a 'conditional entitlement' is an oxymoron no? How does the share price respond ex-(possible)entitlement?
I like your theory about demonstrating we have funding options but that the trigger doesn't need to be pulled if we dont need it. Note this little detail about the use of funds for a clinical study if FDA request it (not detailed in the cap raise presso tho).........

On that note, the recent approval spoke about CLIA waiver. To me this reads like FDA have given the go ahead without the need for that clinical study? Not sure but if so, presumably those funds arent needed or could be redirected.
