Having now reread everything, If the CR proposals are presented to me as highlighted in the draft documentation I am going to vote against all resolutions. The kicker for me is the proposal to pay the underwriting fee not in cash, not in stock but in options, sorry that is just blatant carpetbagging and if it is good enough for Viburnum it is good enough for me.
If this is voted down it is not essential and cash will be able to be raised on much more "normal" terms and without me having to bail Viburnum out of there very substantial losses on this investment. It is a no from me.
