They have royal messed up the whole CR situation.

Leaving it hanging is now starting to signficantly erode my confidence in the management and board. There is clearly an issue, most likely around ensuring they have the votes for approval. However we are at the point that they need to say something, either way, yes we are going ahead or no we have not been able to reach terms and will be looking at other options. There is no existential need to undertake the CR as proposed. My view is they need to start with a clean sheet of paper.

The share price at almost 20c says to me that the market does not think they will be getting more shares at 15c and an option.

The board and management are starting to burn through their credibility and they need to deal with this now before permanent damage is done.
