On more detail on the CR as proposed, there is no oversubscription option for the rights issue. So who gets to pick up some of those unsubscribed shares ..... you, me .... No Vaiburnum of course. ...... This board shows that they do not give a fig about any shareholder other than Viburnum
This is a CR that is not needed, It contains an underwriting agreement that is now not needed, it will see Viburnum massively advantaged over other shareholders. It is nothing more than Carpet Bagging by Viburnum and shame on the management and the board they have gone along with it.
The more I think about it, it is totally disgraceful.
