    Come on guys. Off label use? Other applications? The FDA does not regulate medicine. It controls commercial approvals.

    The USA is 340 million people. Last time I checked the global population was 8.2 million. Excuse me if I crudely (excuse the pun) expand the anal fissure market in the US globally and assume the total global addressable mkt is (8.2 billion / 340 million) x $23 million to a crudely potentially $554 million global addressable mkt....
