my personal opinion is ACR are a profit share taker, not setter at this time. I'd be surprised if it's split 50/50. Especially with someone like
Perrigo. I've often wondered why ACR has signed deals with smaller players, and that may be because the split maybe better. But, as the volume of ANDA's grow and are successfully launched I'd say ACR would be in a much better position to negotiate better terms. This is not a criticism on my part, just being realistic and recognising that ACR is a minnow in the US Pharma Market. For that matter a minnow in any market. Jet
